Things I Care About Vegan Colouring Book*

Woah there! Someone has combined self care and veganism?! They're my two favourite things! Honestly I was thrilled when Things I Care About gifted me their Peace Love Vegan Colouring Book* at a vegan event recently. Wait! There's unicorns and dinosaurs in there too?! It's like the designer read my mind, and I know you'll love it too.

Dolphin erasers and colouring pencils both from ASDA.
The book has so many different designs, from fantasy cartoon unicorns to detailed mandalas and flowers. My personal favourites are the 'tree hugger' page, filled with adorable trees and branches, and the 'happy herbivore' page, which, as you may have guessed, is covered in my favourite kind of dinosaur. Each colouring page comes with a vegan slogan incorporated, which I just adore. Some are more serious, such as 'open your eyes - go vegan', but most are fun and upbeat messages which make me feel really good about being vegan!

Not only are there colouring pages, but there are also lots of cute activity pages to fill in, including 'positive changes in my life since I went vegan' and a 'gratitude journal'. Each activity is geared towards creating warm fuzzy feelings, making this an ideal go-to for some self care. The inside cover even features a bunny greeting you with 'Hello beautiful soul!'. Every page of this book from start to finish truly is designed to make you feel warm, positive, and comforted.

This book has become a key feature of my self care box for when I'm having a low day and need some distraction and comfort. Some gentle colouring filled with positive vibes is super helpful to me, especially with such sweet, uplifting designs. I'd definitely recommend trying it, and at only £5.95, you can't go wrong!

Things I Care About are an amazing small business, promoting veganism, breastfeeding, and gratitude. They also donate 25p from every purchase to Shetland Animal Rescue, a cause close to my heart. Their prints are made with recycled paper and vegan inks. If you're looking to treat yourself or a vegan friend, I'd fully recommend Things I Care About. From art prints to badges and even temporary tattoos, they have everything you could possibly need to inject a little bit of vegan pride into your life!
